Making A Salmon & Veggie Meal / by Johnny Michael

Cooking can be easy. I wanted to share this simple, quick, and healthy recipe. So here is a staple from my kitchen — Salmon, Veggies, tossed with a little EVOO, put it in the oven, and done. Just like that, it was dinner for the next couple of days.

The Recipe

1. Chop & Prepare Veggies
Rinse & chop it all up.

2. Prepare the tray and oven
Preheat the oven to 425°. Line the oven tray with parchment paper and spread out the salmon and chopped veggies on the tray.

3. Add some Flavor, Flav.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese to salmon (and wherever else you’d like). Drizzle the tray with olive oil, squeeze some lemon, and toss about. Go nuts.

4. Bake It Up
Put that pretty-looking dish in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.

4. Enjoy!
Garnish with some parsley and ya done!

Salmon
Gold Baby Potatoes
Asparagus
Baby Carrots
Red onion
Tomato
Parsley
Breadcrumbs
Parmesan
Olive Oil
