I did it. I cloned myself. And it was so much easier than I thought it would be. Thinking of the idea just the night before I was so excited to shoot this, it was the driving thought that pulled me out of my bed the next morning. Working within the constraints of my apartment, I grabbed three shirts, took three takes and dove into the edit. It all fell together pretty easily. After watching a tutorial from this Peter McKinnon fella I was able to stack and mask the clips in Adobe Premiere Pro. The finishing touches with The Martin Solveig background track gave it the right energy and created a shape for the timing and an extra dose of cleverness. The result made me smile and I hope it has the same effect on you too.
