Here is a spec piece of some freelance video services I could do for real estate clients. My buddy David is listing this house, so I shot and edited this short tour video. To shoot I used some lightweight mobile gear — my DJI Osmo and my iPhone (using the wide angle lens). If I could take a couple notes for next time I’d remember to set my frame rate at 60 fps to give me a little more flexibility on the speed ramping in the edit. Other than that it has me whistling with the feeling of a job well done.
