Adding a little song, dance and sunshine to the real estate videos. The penthouse we toured at Echo Brickell was truly stunning and we couldn’t help ourselves from having a little bit of fun. Again this was shot with an iPhone, DJI Mobile Osmo 3 Gimbal and edited in iMovie.
This one seems to shine a bit brighter than the past two warmup videos and I’m thinking it might be time to start a YouTube series of goofy real estate tours around the city. With the VO, the parody of luxury videos seems to be a nice structure we could work with in the future. The challenge is going to be how to keep the humor fresh if we were to carry out a series. I’ve also realized that using copyright protected tracks isn’t going to result in making any money on YouTube, so I’ll have to figure out a new way of picking music tracks. But, I mean, I couldn’t not use Let The Sunshine!! Even if I don’t make a dime, it’s worth it.
